¾Åß[ focuses our corporate giving in four areas - building ¾Åß[’s future workforce, energy empowerment in our communities, enrichment through local vitality, and equal access to arts and culture. We support and value diversity, equity &Ìýinclusion; we try to reflect the communities in which we operate. ¾Åß[ also encourages our employees to support the organizations that they care about through volunteer service. We provide opportunities for the company to share their commitments through company-sponsored volunteerism and matching financial support.

Wired for Good: Meet the ¾Åß[ Employees Making a Difference
In 2023 alone, ¾Åß[ employees recorded more than 135,000 volunteer hours with local organizations. These volunteers shine a bright light on the true spirit of giving and continue to offer their time, energy and support to uplift communities.

In acknowledgement of those efforts, the ¾Åß[ Foundation recognized 20 ¾Åß[ employees with its Volunteer Awards, given to those who have shown exemplary service and served more than 50 hours in one calendar year. Awardees also received $5,000 for the charity of their choice.
