In addition, all µÂÖÝÆË¿ËÔ´Âë directors, officers and employees must observe the requirements of µÂÖÝÆË¿ËÔ´Âë’s Code of Business Conduct. The code is a guide to ensure that we comply with applicable laws and regulation, and that we conduct ourselves according to the highest standards.

Board Committees
The µÂÖÝÆË¿ËÔ´Âë board of directors has four standing committees. The committees have clear roles and responsibilities articulated in charters recommended by the Corporate Governance Committee and approved by the board. The Corporate Governance Committee recommends committee assignments based on the needs of the committee and the skills and experience of each director, and assignments are approved by the board.
